About the Role:
Join The Spot Cafe LLC as a Breakfast and Lunch Line Cook, where your culinary skills will shine in a vibrant and friendly environment. We are looking for passionate individuals who love to create delicious meals and contribute to our welcoming atmosphere in beautiful Saint Augustine, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items to perfection.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Assist in food presentation to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Adapt to changing menu items and special requests from customers.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support fellow cooks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Passion for food and a commitment to quality and presentation.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
