Full TimeThe Therapy Clinical Service Manager oversees the daily operations, clinical care, and team management for therapy staff, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is responsible for staffing, productivity, and patient flow, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. The Clinical Service Manager supports staff development through hiring, coaching, and performance management, and is accountable for key performance indicators such as patient volume, documentation quality, and patient satisfaction.
