About the Role We’re looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Du Quoin, IL. You’ll work alongside three physicians in a collaborative, supportive environment focused on patient-centered care. In this role, you will: Perform physical exams and assess patient health Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans Provide preventive care and patient education Work closely with physicians and care teams to ensure coordinated care This is an on-site position with a strong emphasis on community-based care and improving long-term health outcomes. What We’re Looking For Active Illinois licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Comfortable using EMR systems and healthcare technology Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills A commitment to serving diverse patient populations Experience in family medicine or primary care preferred CPR and BLS certification
