Pay Range Targeted salary $49,000 - $50,000 annually, based on experience Benefits Eligible Yes Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Travel May be required Position Introduction The supervisor will provide direct supervision of TANF Program Specialists, ensuring effective inbound call service, application review, and deliverables. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring staff complete the required number of case reviews at the target level of accuracy and quality. Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree. 3 years of office management, administrative experience, or related field. Equivalency/Substitution Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of a degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.
