Supervisor, Production (ID1 Shift) Position: Production Supervisor Shift: ID1 Rotating Shift Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Department: Production Operations Overview We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on the ID1 rotating shift. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands‑on production experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain workflow, safety compliance, and production goals in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production workflow and shift activities Lead and support production teams to meet operational targets Ensure full compliance with all safety procedures and PPE requirements Monitor equipment, production output, and shift performance Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and management teams Train, coach, and guide employees to maintain high productivity Complete shift reports, logs, and documentation accurately Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment Requirements Previous experience in production or manufacturing operations Strong leadership and team‑management skills Ability to work a 12‑hour ID1 rotating shift (6 AM – 6 PM) Strong focus on safety and quality Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr Alltex Staffing & Personnel
