DescriptionController / Accounting ManagerA small but established manufacturing company is seeking a Controller / Accounting Manager to lead its accounting and finance function in a highly visible role reporting directly to ownership. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting leader who wants to take full ownership of the financial function, work closely with operations, and play a key role in supporting the business as it continues to grow. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being the senior-most finance and accounting professional within a smaller organization. The right candidate will be comfortable overseeing day-to-day accounting, managing financial reporting, supporting operational decision-making, and serving as a trusted advisor to ownership.
