Head of Post-Closing Ops & Quality Automation
Pylon
Pylon is building a software-driven post-closing platform to make funded loans complete and ready for downstream settlement without a large manual cleanup operation. As Head of Post-Closing, you will own the controls, exception model, quality standards, and domain knowledge that help Product and Engineering automate document tracking and delivery workflows. You will lead a team focused on scalable post-close operations and continuous improvements.
