RN - Case Manager
HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital is seeking an RN - Case Manager for a travel position. The ideal candidate will work from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM, with five shifts per week, totaling 40 scheduled hours. The assignment starts on 04/07/2026 and ends on 07/07/2026, lasting 13 weeks.
The hospital is located at 11375 Cortez Boulevard, Brooksville, FL 34613. The unit has 350 beds and employs a mix of case managers, social workers, and SNF coordinators. The patient ratio is 25 to 1. The EMR systems used are Meditech and Midas. The hospital prefers candidates with experience in acute case management, Meditech and Midas, and HCA experience.
Travelers are expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees. This position guarantees 91 contract weeks.
