Position Details Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and sharing information with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations. Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, helping to support authorized access, traffic flow, and adherence to site protocols. Observe the location for operational disruptions, damaged equipment, unsecured doors, and/or other conditions that could require attention, and report concerns through appropriate channels. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
