( La Crosse, WI - Holmen, WI - Onalasca, WI ) Caregiver Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available Shifts: Days of the week may vary and will include weekend and holiday rotations. Casual Call: Build your own schedule - 3 shifts a month; 2 on the weekend, plus on-call rotation Caregiver Eagle Crest Communities is seeking Caregivers to join our communities located in Onalaska, Holmen, and La Crosse! We are looking for individuals to join our team of dedicated and hardworking caregivers serving the many residents of our retirement and life communities. In this role, you may assist residents in Assisted Living, Memory Care, High Acuity Assisted Living, and Nursing Home units. Hours per shift may vary based on facility/unit schedule What You’ll Do Provide companionship Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and home like environment for elderly residents in residential care apartment complex and in individual assisted living units. Assist residents in all areas of grooming and personal hygiene on as needed basis. Perform routine housekeeping tasks like laundry, making beds and changing linens. Assist with meals and clean-up. Assist as support staff for medical visits and recreational activities as needed. May implement exercises designed to improve mobility and self-help skills. Maintain progress notes and data frequency counts. Document incidents as they occur. Attend staff meetings and in-service trainings. What You’ll Need Must be at least 18 years of age 6 months experience Must be able to read, write, and speak English to communicate with team members, residents, and visitors. Our Wages Our starting rates are between $17.00 and $25.25 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications, and which unit you are working on. Increases upon successful orientation completion (usually between 100 days and 6 months). And regular wage reviews – we pay for high performance!
