MercyOne Genesis is seeking an exceptional physical medicine and rehabilitation physician to join us as Medical Director for our CARF-accredited 39-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. This is an excellent leadership opportunity within a collaborative, high-quality rehab program.

Position Highlights

• Fulltime Medical Director

• 2-year guaranteed salary $307,613

• Additional director & supervision compensation

• $150,000 recruitment incentive

• Up to $15,000 moving assistance

• 4 weeks PTO + 6 holidays + 1 week CME

• $6,000 CME allowance

• Comprehensive benefits + tail-covered malpractice

• PSLF eligible

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a 39-bed CARF-accredited inpatient rehab unit

• Daily rounding with therapists, NPs, PAs, nurses

• Oversee clinical quality & patient outcomes

• Work closely with a hospitalist team

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

• Eligible for Iowa license

• State/federal prescriptive authority

• H-1B cap-exempt candidate's welcome
