Physical Therapist Outpatient position available in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The role involves evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans for outpatient clients. The therapist will work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote optimal recovery and functional outcomes, adhering to organizational standards and safety guidelines.

Job Details:

• Position: Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP)
• Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado
• Shift Time: Days
• Schedule: 8 hours per day with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification
• Preferred Qualifications: 6 months' to 1+ year of outpatient experience is highly desired
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information:
  • Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops treatment goals aimed at progressing patients toward discharge within an established length of stay.
  • Ensures documentation is accurate, complete, and timely, including treatment plans, progress notes, and medical necessity letters, adhering to compliance standards.
  • Provides supervision and support to students participating in educational programs.
  • Maintains professional licensure in good standing and participates in continuing education activities to support professional growth.
  • Follows all organizational performance improvement initiatives and safety policies, including safe patient handling and infection control.
  • Performs duties in accordance with state practice acts and regulatory requirements, ensuring ethical and professional conduct.
