Compensation: $23 - $28+ per hour depending on experience Responsibilities: Manage other maintenance requests as required Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure properties are in top condition, enhancing the living experience for our residents. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maintaining high standards of service. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring long-term property value. Respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests, providing peace of mind to residents and property owners. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, helping us track progress and identify areas for improvement. Inspect properties regularly to identify potential issues, proactively addressing them before they escalat**e. Communicate effectively with residents and team members, fostering a positive and cooperative environment for all parties involved. Qualifications: Experience in performing routine maintenance tasks in a real estate or similar environment. Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime. Proven track record of collaborating with team members to develop preventive maintenance schedules. Capability to respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests, providing timely solutions. Skill in maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities for tracking and improvement purposes. Experience in inspecting properties regularly to identify and address potential issues proactively. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members, fostering a positive environment. Must have a working cell phone, reliable transportation, and maintenance tools.
