Role Description

The Director of Aerospace Rotables will build and grow our component repair and overhaul capabilities. Responsibilites to include the acquisition, management, and distribution of rotable aircraft components while ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational excellence. Building relationships with new vendors, procurring capital equipment and processes will be critical to this role. Additional responsibilities include providing oversight for inventory management, leading program initiatives, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, collaborating with technical and maintenance teams, and building relationships with industry stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wichita, KS. Medical, Dental, & Vision w/ 401K/match. Relocation assistance to Wichita, KS is available.

Qualifications

• Hands on, deep seated knowledge of component MRO processes
• Expertise in Aviation and Aircraft systems
• Strong knowledge and implementation experience in Flight Safety protocols
• Proficient in Program Management and strategic leadership
• Experience with Aircraft Maintenance and operational efficiencies
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with aviation industry regulations and standards
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical teams and foster a culture of safety and compliance
