What You'll Do
- Design and build scalable platform and infrastructure services supporting AI data generation and evaluation.
- Develop reliable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling large-scale workloads.
- Build reusable backend services, APIs, and internal platforms that enable engineering teams to move faster.
- Design resilient cloud-native systems with strong monitoring, observability, and fault tolerance.
- Architect data pipelines, asynchronous workflows, and event-driven systems.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, AI researchers, and technical leadership to solve challenging engineering problems.
- Help define engineering best practices around scalability, reliability, deployment, and system design.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong experience building production distributed systems or platform infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript (Node.js/Next.js) .
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
- Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures using technologies like Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub , or similar.
- Strong understanding of scalability, asynchronous processing, performance optimization, and system reliability.
- Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining production systems at scale.
- Background in high-growth startups or top-tier technology companies is highly preferred.
