IT / Infrastructure Technical Project Manager

About the Position: Seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and installation of technology infrastructure that will transform our employee and client experiences. The role involves the network infrastructure build of a new offices, data centers, circuit installations and client connectivity. This includes the coordination and installation of voice, data and hardware and infrastructure cabling. The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements and organizing and coordinating the deployment plan of new core network infrastructure. The candidate will be leading the delivery of the project, not reporting on the project. This role is not a PMO position but rather a technical PM. The role is not a manager role and does not lead a team. This role is an individual contributor role where the ideal candidate will own the installation of project activities. This role is not a scrum master, not an SDM, not an engineer and not a network architect. The role is the leader of the event. About You: – A confident and articulate self-starter – A team player with a high level of commitment and enthusiasm – Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while juggling multiple tasks – Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills – Demonstrates time management, ability to prioritize tasks and to meet deadlines across multiple projects – Possesses strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate at all levels and influence others – Displays strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading projects at times of change – Experience with working Friday evenings and Saturdays during the installation phase Requirements: – 10-12 years of technology project management experience – Experience with Cisco and Arista hardware and understands how to partner with vendors for installation – Experience with project lifecycle of network integrations, infrastructure build, data center builds – Experience with corporate real estate construction projects including floor build, campus builds, office builds and business office / floor relocations – Understanding of cabling, corporate services, cable management – Knowledge of network integrations and/or network refresh and upgrades – Experience with installation of WiFI and wireless access points – Plan, coordinate, implement, and track deliverables related to business unit request – Manage delivery across internal teams and third-party contractors/ consultants – Gather technology requirements and partner with engineering and operations for high level design – Identify and manage issue log – Develop, track and coordinate schedule – Procure hardware and manage deliveries and delays with vendors, including staging – Create and Manage the Technology Change Management tickets – Provide weekly status reports both internally and externally, as required – Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and Project – Strong Excel, Sharepoint, MS project, ServiceNow Skills Skills Desired: – Infrastructure project manager Bachelor’s Degree + Experience within financial services / consulting – Network hardware knowledge: Cisco, Arista Data Center Builds, Consolidations, Decommissions – Branch Restacks and Renovations or office builds Network Integrations #J-18808-Ljbffr
