About the Role:

UNI-REF INC is looking for a motivated and organized Clerk/Secretary to join our team in New Castle, PA! Responsibilities:

• 
  ·  Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries. 
  ·  Prepare, type, file, and distribute correspondence, reports, and plant communications. 
  ·  Maintain production, attendance, training, and safety records. 
  ·  Enter and verify data in company systems and spreadsheets. 
  ·  Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and employee documentation as assigned. 
  ·  Schedule meetings, training sessions, and interviews. 
  ·  Order and maintain office and production-related supplies. 
  ·  Create, organize, and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper. 
  ·  Prepare reports and presentations for plant management. 
  ·  Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and shipping documents. 
  ·  Assist in maintaining compliance records related to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. 
  ·  Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. 
• 1-3 years of clerical, administrative, or secretarial experience preferred. 
• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience is a plus. 
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and time management. 
• Must be able to work with a team and work independently
