Housekeeper

Description As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a key role in delivering a spotless, home-away-from-home experience for our guests by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service in guest rooms and suites. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and furnishings to brand standards Replenish linens, amenities, and supplies Make beds, change linens, and vacuum floors Maintain organized and stocked carts and storage areas Report maintenance needs and lost items Communicate room status and guest feedback to supervisors Provide friendly, professional service to all guests Follow safety and cleaning protocols, including use of chemicals Qualifications Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred Strong attention to detail and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, reaching) Comfortable working with cleaning agents and equipment Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Education High School or better in General Business.
