Outside of work, they are happiest outdoors—whether hunting, fishing, hiking, or tending to their own garden. • Lead and develop a crew to deliver high-quality landscaping projects
• Keep work moving forward without sacrificing craftsmanship
• Teach less experienced team members and help them grow
• Communicate clearly with clients and teammates to keep everyone aligned

• You have proven experience supervising and leading crews, preferably in landscaping or outdoor services.
• You’re energized by finishing projects and seeing results
