Training Manager – Luxury Hospitality (Confidential) Southern California We're conducting a confidential search for a Training Manager to join one of Southern California's premier luxury hospitality organizations. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about developing people, elevating service standards, and creating a Forbes-level guest experience across a luxury resort operation. Key Responsibilities Lead hospitality training and development across hotel, spa, food & beverage, and guest-facing operations. Design and deliver engaging training programs that reinforce luxury service standards. Partner with operational leaders to improve service consistency, guest satisfaction, and team performance. Conduct service observations, quality audits, and coaching sessions. Analyze guest feedback and mystery shop results to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Champion a culture of service excellence while supporting Forbes and AAA standards. Qualifications 3+ years of hospitality training and development experience. 3+ years of leadership experience. Luxury hotel, resort, spa, or upscale hospitality background preferred. Outstanding presentation, coaching, and communication skills. Forbes Travel Guide, AAA, or Michelin service standards experience is a plus.
