NURSE PRACTITIONER

Hartford Healthcare seeks a Neuroimmunology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will evaluate and manage patients with multiple sclerosis and other neuroimmunologic disorders, perform detailed neurologic assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with neurologists. You will coordinate infusions, monitor disease-modifying therapies, educate patients and families, and support clinical protocols.
