Family Medicine Physician Outpatient Pinellas Park | St. Petersburg, Florida
An established, mission-driven community healthcare organization is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join its growing outpatient practice in Pinellas Park, Florida, in the St. Petersburg|Tampa Bay area. This is a 100% outpatient position offering an excellent work-life balance, extremely limited telephone call, dedicated clinical support, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package. Both experienced physicians and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Position Highlights
- 3640 hours per week
- 100% outpatient practice
- No inpatient or hospital responsibilities
- Treat patients of all ages, with a primarily adult patient population
- Dedicated Medical Assistant (MA) support for each provider
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary practice environment
- Epic EMR
- Telephone call only once every six months
- Call consists of approximately one week of telephone coverage only
- No inpatient rounding or hospital call
Compensation
- $200,000 base salary
- Base salary is negotiable depending on background, training and experience
- Quarterly incentive opportunities
- Potential sign-on bonus
- Potential relocation assistance
- $480 annual cellphone allowance
- Student Loan Repayment
- The position is eligible for student loan repayment programs, subject to individual program requirements, including: National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Florida Reimbursement Assistance for Medical Education (FRAME)

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited medical school MD or DO
- Active and unrestricted Florida Medical License, or eligible to obtain one
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Experienced physicians and new graduates will be considered
