Job Details Top-Notch Sales Representative – Home Improvement What you’ll be doing | the role The In-Home Design Consultant plays a crucial role in providing personalized and professional consultations to homeowners, offering tailored solutions for their home improvement needs. This position involves conducting in-home consultations to understand the customers’ requirements, present product options, and guide them through the sales process. The Design Consultant effectively communicates the value of Renewal by Andersen products and services, ultimately driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Effectively communicate our value during in‑home product demonstrations Measure windows & doors, analyze the home improvement project, and answer construction‑related questions Follow up on quotes and completed jobs Make follow‑up calls on past customers, manage notes on customer interactions Seek out referrals from customers and community contacts Track and monitor performance against quotas Communicate job details to team members Required Skills 3+ years experience in sales Ability to think critically and solve problems Self‑starter, motivated to succeed An interest in home improvement and remodeling Comfortable using an iPad for presenting and utilizing company CRM Excellent communication skills, professional mannerism, and diligent follow‑through Benefits Base pay + commission Choose your schedule Competitive but fun, team environment Paid 4‑week training ($1,000/week) Great benefits package Additional Information On average consultants earn about $225K/year. Appointment windows are 10am, 2pm, and 6pm, 5 days a week (Saturdays included).
