Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our Marketing team at our Cincinnati location in a hybrid work environment (3 days in the office / 2 days remote).

Job Summary

Organized Living is looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to manage the day-to-day execution of our digital marketing channels, including social media, website content, email marketing, newsletters, and digital campaigns.

This role is responsible for keeping the Organized Living digital presence current, engaging, and aligned with our brand and business priorities. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other teams to turn product launches, company news, customer stories, events, educational content, and strategic initiatives into effective digital content.

The Marketing Communications Specialist will own the planning and execution of the digital content calendar, coordinate content across channels, build and deploy email campaigns, make website updates, and manage social media content and engagement. This role will also monitor performance and use data and insights to continually improve our digital marketing efforts.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating, organizing, publishing, and optimizing digital content. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and communicator who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple deadlines, and excited by the opportunity to make an impact on a growing national brand.

In This Role You Will

Social Media

• Manage the day-to-day execution of Organized Living's social media presence across relevant platforms.
• Manage and maintain the social media content calendar in alignment with Marketing Communications strategy, campaign priorities, product launches, events, and company initiatives.
• Create, write, schedule, and publish engaging social media content that supports brand awareness, customer engagement, and business objectives.
• Monitor social engagement, stay current on platform trends and best practices, and use performance insights to strengthen Organized Living's social presence.

Website Management

• Manage day-to-day updates to the Organized Living website, ensuring content is accurate, current, organized, and aligned with brand and messaging standards.
• Support website projects and initiatives, including new pages, campaigns, product launches, and content updates.
• Monitor website content and performance and recommend opportunities to improve content, navigation, engagement, and user experience for Dealers, Single Family Builders, Multifamily Professionals, and Homeowners.
• Support SEO and AEO initiatives while helping ensure website content meets appropriate accessibility and ADA standards.

Email Marketing & Campaigns

• Partner with the Marketing team to execute newsletters and email campaigns supporting product launches, promotions, events, customer education, lead generation, and other business priorities.
• Develop engaging email content, including imagery, calls to action, and supporting landing pages.
• Manage the email marketing calendar and coordinate campaign execution, including audience segmentation, scheduling, testing, and deployment.
• Build and manage email campaigns and automated communications within the company's marketing automation platform.
• Monitor email performance and use data and audience insights to recommend improvements.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Partner with the Marketing team to prioritize and execute the digital marketing calendar and integrated campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute digital initiatives.
• Maintain organized content calendars, campaign plans, digital assets, and project documentation.
• Monitor digital marketing performance and provide regular reporting and recommendations to the Marketing team.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital marketing performance, strengthen the Organized Living brand, and better engage customers across digital channels.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, or related role. Internship counts.
• Hands-on experience managing social media channels and developing social media content.
• Experience building and deploying email newsletters and marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing and updating website content through a CMS.
• Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and digital channels.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with marketing automation and email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with website analytics, social media analytics, and digital campaign reporting.
• Basic understanding of SEO and AEO principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing, content management, CRM, and marketing automation platforms such as Dynamics.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred.
• Experience within the building and construction industry, residential home building, home organization, or related industries is preferred
