General Labor Associate

Now hiring General Labor associates for manufacturing plant in Coconut Creek, FL! Core Responsibilities: Production & Packaging: Assist with assembly lines, organize packing materials, and package finished baked goods securely. Material Handling: Load, unload, and move baking ingredients, supplies, and finished inventory using pallet jacks or hand trucks. Quality & Safety Support: Inspect products for basic quality defects and report any equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately. Sanitation & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace in compliance with food safety and OSHA guidelines. Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in food production or bakery manufacturing is an advantage. Ability to operate industrial machinery safely and efficiently. Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills. Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs. Working Conditions: Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
