Strategy and Operations Lead, gTech Ads GCS

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role. Preferred qualifications: MBA. Experience with managing executive stakeholders and leading high-impact internal and external executive communications. The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities: Partner with gTech GCS leadership to define, structure, and drive end-to-end strategic and operational initiatives. Enable critical decision-making by working with cross-functional stakeholders to gather context, cross-pollinate learnings, and drive business analysis. Contribute to key business cadences, including annual business planning, OKR setting, and business reviews for leadership and partner teams. Provide oversight and connectivity to business-focused standalone initiatives, removing execution roadblocks and eliminating conflicts.
