Civil Project Engineer

Opening with a growing civil engineering and land design firm in Asheville, NC. This role is great fit for a PE with 5+ years of site civil experience who's ready to own projects from kickoff to closeout. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage construction document production, coordinate with outside consultants, conduct QA/QC reviews, and mentor junior designers. This team works on a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, multifamily, healthcare, and resort projects. Candidates must have demonstrated experience managing at least one full civil design project from start to finish.

Requirements:

• PE license required
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
• 5–10 years of civil engineering design experience at a civil consulting firm
• Proven ability to manage a full civil project from kickoff to closeout
• Experience preparing complete construction document sets
• Strong client communication and business development skills
• Ability to work on-site in Asheville, NC
