Certified Surgical Technologist – Cardiovascular Operating Room
Schedule: 4-10 hour shifts per week, rotating call schedule
Assignment Details: Contract length: 13 weeks, guaranteed hours: 40 per week
Requirements: Current Colorado surgical tech license (CST) through DORA, certification in surgical technology from NBSTSA, AST, or NCCT, current BLS certification through the American Heart Association, specific experience in cardiovascular operating room (CVOR)
Roles & Responsibilities: Prepare and assist with surgical procedures in the cardiovascular operating room. Maintain a sterile environment to ensure patient safety. Collaborate with surgical teams and ensure all instruments are ready and functioning. Monitor patient conditions during procedures and assist as needed.
Compliance / Notes: Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility. Compliance with state requirements may take up to two weeks to obtain. Ensure all personal information is accurate in the onboarding system.
