Registered Nurse - Full Time - Days

We are seeking a registered nurse to provide patient care in a Med Surg unit, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate care for adult patients with diverse medical conditions. Responsibilities Include Providing direct patient care and maintaining professional accountability Coordinating with other departments to ensure optimal patient outcomes Evaluating the care provided by team members and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality Performing duties aligned with organizational standards and values Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN) Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire Preferred: prior hospital experience, BSN, additional certifications, and specialty experience Skills & Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods Ability to perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, and twisting This role offers a supportive environment for both new and experienced nurses, with competitive sign-on bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
