You\'ll support the academic, social, and emotional growth of diverse student populations, working collaboratively with educators and families. Qualifications A Master\'s degree in School Psychology or a closely related field Current and valid Louisiana school psychologist license Experience providing psychological assessments, counseling, or interventions at the elementary, middle, and/or high school levels Strong knowledge of federal and state education laws and special education eligibility Excellent communication, consultation, and problem-solving abilities The ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents Commitment to promoting inclusive and supportive learning environments Responsibilities Conducting comprehensive psychological and educational assessments Interpreting assessment data and developing recommendations for student support Participating in eligibility meetings, IEP planning, and multidisciplinary team discussions Providing direct counseling services to students, both individually and in groups Collaborating with teachers and families to implement effective classroom strategies Supporting crisis intervention, behavioral intervention planning, and positive student outcomes Maintaining thorough, accurate, and confidential records in adherence to all regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr Sunbelt Staffing
