Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a seasoned Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to ensure our manufacturing machinery and facility infrastructure remain reliable and functional. This role is perfect for a professional who possesses deep expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and industrial maintenance practices. You will play a vital role in keeping production running smoothly by identifying equipment faults, executing preventive maintenance tasks, and performing necessary repairs to uphold high safety and operational standards. Core Duties Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks on industrial machinery. Resolve issues within electrical and mechanical systems to ensure peak performance. Identify and fix faults in pneumatic and hydraulic components. Maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, and other essential production hardware. Utilize technical documentation, mechanical blueprints, and electrical schematics for repairs. Handle general facility upkeep, including piping and plumbing tasks. Analyze equipment failures to implement the most effective corrective solutions. Ensure all maintenance tasks are performed with precision, safety, and efficiency to protect the team. Improve overall production output by minimizing downtime and maximizing machine reliability. Required Skills and Background Prior experience working in manufacturing or industrial maintenance environments. Advanced capabilities in troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical systems. Practical understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic system operations. Capacity to independently diagnose and resolve complex equipment malfunctions. Proficiency in interpreting mechanical drawings and electrical schematics. Strong problem-solving abilities and a natural mechanical aptitude. Experience with fabrication, welding, VFDs, controls, or PLCs is considered an asset. Pay and Professional Outlook Compensation ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, determined by your specific technical abilities and professional history.
