Contract Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business affairs, with expertise in reviewing, negotiating, and drafting various types of contracts and agreements. This role requires excellent legal analysis, risk mitigation skills, and the ability to interface effectively with internal stakeholders. The position involves managing a high volume of contracts with strict deadlines and requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Review, negotiate, and draft various types of contracts and agreements, including Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, vendor/purchase agreements, proposals, and templates.
• Conduct legal analysis to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate and interface with internal stakeholders to address contract-related matters.
• Manage a high volume of contracts, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
• Oversee contract management processes and maintain accurate records.

• Proven experience in contract management, including reviewing, negotiating, and drafting contracts.
• Strong legal analysis and risk mitigation skills.
• Ability to manage a large volume of contracts with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interfacing with internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Flexibility to work onsite in Dallas, Texas, five days a week, with potential consideration for remote work for exceptional candidates.

Pay Range: $40-50/hr W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
