Oilfield Field Mechanic - Diesel & Hydraulics Specialist

Oilfield Mechanics - Axis Kilgore Facility - Kilgore, TX Axis is seeking experienced Oilfield Mechanics for their Kilgore, Texas facility. These professionals will maintain and repair a wide range of oilfield equipment, including diesel engines, heavy trucks, and hydraulic systems. The ideal candidates are skilled in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and working both in the shop and on field assignments. Applicants should be safety-oriented and able to handle physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions. Perks & Benefits Competitive wages Full-time, on-site position Opportunity to work with a variety of oilfield equipment Potential preference for local candidates within 60 miles What You’ll Need High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Five (5) years or more proven work experience on oil field equipment or similar field with diesel engines and hydraulics Valid state-issued driver license; Class A or B license preferred Strong hydraulic knowledge and experience with complex hydraulic systems Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights of 50 ft. or more Ability to work in all weather conditions and confined spaces Ability to clear pre-employment drug/alcohol and job-relevant screens Reliable telephone (cell phone) communication and transportation What Will Make You Stand Out Certification from trade or technical school in maintenance or Diesel repair Experience with laptop-based troubleshooting software (CAT Electronic Technician, CUMMINS INSIGHT, etc.) Experience with specific equipment models (CAT C-15, Cat C-32, Detroit 14 liter, MTU 16v2000, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr
