Lining Tech

Responsibilities Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, changeovers and necessary adjustments to ensure processes are in control at all times. Perform daily machine inspections and perform preventive maintenance (PMs). Set up lining machines from a zero-state. Conduct line clearance activities with Quality Technicians. Troubleshoot machines and peripheral equipment as needed. Perform all activities safely, including the use of LOTO as required by company policy. Conduct safety inspections of equipment and tooling prior to use. Ensure safe operation of all equipment before turning it back over to running production after work is done. Enter data onto production and quality paperwork. Assist the CPO as needed. Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager. Benefits Medical, dental and vision plans.
