A state-of-the-art dental practice in Lakewood is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the office. This is a full-time, Monday - Friday opportunity with  no nights or weekends, offering the chance to step into a leadership role with a practice that values both its patients and its people.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in creating an organized, positive, and welcoming patient experience.

What You'll Enjoy

As Practice Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the practice while serving as a leader, problem-solver, and resource for the team.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dental practice
• Leading, motivating, and supporting the practice team
• Ensuring an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
• Partnering closely with dentists and staff to keep the practice running smoothly
• Managing schedules and helping the team stay organized and efficient
• Addressing challenges proactively and finding effective solutions
• Maintaining a positive, collaborative office culture
• Identifying opportunities to improve operations and overall practice performance
• Helping the team achieve and maintain a high standard of service and excellence

• Previous experience managing a dental practice
