Machinist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.00 to $ 22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)

What You'll Do:

• Complete machining department requests accurately, on time, and to specifications.
• Maintain machine shop standards and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Move machined items, supplies, and equipment between departments.
• Work closely with the supervisor and leads to complete assigned tasks.
• Ensure completed work meets quality expectations.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Provide good customer service to internal departments and maintain positive working relationships.

Machinist Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Desire to develop new manufacturing and machining skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-focused.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperatures.
