We focus on collaboration, clear communication, and continuous improvement to drive successful outcomes and strengthen PMO practices.About the RoleAs a Program Manager, you will lead large, complex programs across multiple departments, building integrated project plans and development roadmaps that support delivery through launch. You will collaborate closely with engineering, business, and cross-domain stakeholders to manage schedules, outcomes, reporting, and risk. This is a senior individual contributor role, with opportunities to coach and contribute to PMO best practices.ResponsibilitiesPartner with stakeholders across Technology, Insurance, and Healthcare domainsManage highly complex projects and programs through the full product development and Go to Market lifecycleBuild and maintain integrated project plans and development roadmaps, owning schedules, deliverables, and accountabilityDefine clear success criteria and key performance indicators, produce regular reporting, and communicate status, variances, and mitigation strategiesCollaborate with Technology Resource Managers to ensure optimal resource allocation and financial management; participate in capacity and demand planning discussionsCollaborate with Business stakeholders to incorporate Go to Market milestones into the overall project plan and support successful product launchesFacilitate issue resolution and risk mitigation across cross-functional teams; identify and recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures; lead process improvement initiatives and contribute to PMO best practicesPerform data analysis relevant to project tasks and decision-making and ensure compliance with corporate and public regulationsRequirementsExtensive experience (10+ years) in Business or IT PMO or related project management rolesProject governance certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is requiredKnowledge of Agile methodologies and process improvement strategiesProven experience managing cloud technology projects and infrastructureDemonstrated ability leading cross-functional collaboration and project planning to execute Go to Market strategies, ensuring successful product launchesAdvanced skills in resource allocation, data analysis, and negotiationExceptional communication skills—written, verbal, presentation, and documentationDemonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and engage senior and executive stakeholders to resolve complex issuesBenefitsLearn more about the LexisNexis Risk team and how we work U.S. National Base Pay Range: $115,400 - $192,300.
