Job Description:
As the Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will assume a critical role in the coordination and management of clinical operations within your designated unit. You will lead a team of nursing staff, ensuring efficient patient care delivery, adherence to protocols, and the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage clinical operations within the designated unit.
- Lead a team of nursing staff, ensuring efficient patient care delivery.
- Adherence to protocols and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.
- Additional duties may include Staffing/Scheduling, Staff Education, Charge RN.
Requirements:
- 3+ years clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- IL License, Bachelor's Degree, CPI, BLS, ACLS.
- Must submit an EKG test passed with an 80% or higher.
