Inventory Control Specialist

Summary The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate and organized store inventory and supporting the client experience in a fast-paced luxury boutique. This role handles receiving, ticketing, shipping and returns, conducts cycle counts and bi-annual inventories, and works with store management to analyze and replenish stock. The Specialist ensures proper documentation and timely processing of all shipments and after-sales activity. Responsibilities Receive and check in incoming packages and merchandise; ticket and process items into inventory the same business day. Generate and manage packing, shipping, transfers and RTVs accurately and maintain related records. Organize and participate in weekly cycle counts and bi-annual inventories and reconcile discrepancies. Process returns, after-sales service requests and damages; maintain inventory records for damaged items. Order and maintain adequate levels of shipping, selling, store and kitchen supplies; support inventory strategies to aid selling. Requirements 2+ years of operations experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and follow written and verbal procedures. Effective written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze information. Comfortable using internal inventory systems and external shipping software. Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
