Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or the hotel industry
• Strong customer service skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
• Industry experience

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

This position offers flexible scheduling with hours typically occurring between Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM based on resident needs.

As an Affordable Housing Site Manager, you'll:

• Guide prospective residents through the application process
• Maintain organized waiting lists alongside your Area Manager
• Build positive relationships with current residents
• Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support
• Coordinate maintenance workflows
• Help prioritize and track work orders
• Assist with efficient unit turnovers
• Support safe, welcoming, and well-maintained housing communities
