Implementation Manager

Position: Bywater Implementation Manager Founded in 2003, Roundstone is not your typical insurance company. We’re on a mission to help employers save on healthcare benefits so they can put those savings towards bettering their businesses and taking care of their employees. Role Description Our Captive Stop Loss Program allows small and mid-size employers to take full advantage of self-funding their health benefits. As an Implementation Manager, you will play a crucial role responsible for seamless communication and service delivery between the employer, their advisor and Third-Party Administrator (Bywater). Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the smooth onboarding of employers onto our TPA's platform, ensuring their successful integration and ongoing satisfaction. Key Duties & Responsibilities Manage multiple new group implementations simultaneously. Maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with project objectives, service level and onboarding deadlines. Coordinate activities and communication between internal teams to facilitate smooth collaboration. Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards to ensure accuracy and completeness of deliverables. Submission of all required forms to applicable vendors to meet client’s effective date. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the implementation process. Engage in cooperative problem-solving and decision-making processes. Foster strong advisor and client relationships to enhance satisfaction and promote long-term partnerships. Create, review, and complete employer plan documents (Summary Plan Description, Benefit Synopsis, Summary of Benefits Coverage). Manage successful transition of employer from onboarding team to outcomes management team. Share insights and feedback from clients to inform product enhancements and service improvements. Skills and Qualifications Previous experience working directly with customers is required. Prior experience with a third-party administrator or health benefits agency, particularly in implementation or account management, is strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Ohio Health/Accident Insurance License Desired Qualifications Consistently meets deadlines.
