All Source AnalystArlington, VA Top Secret Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salariesJob Description*This is a contingent opportunity The All Source Analyst primary tasks are to characterize the broad array of threats to DoD installations, sites, critical infrastructure, and assets. Identifying and evaluating potential threat actors, capabilities, and tactics and prioritize the data based on impact to military operations by assisting installation in the development of all hazard and threat assessments. Additionally, the All Source Analyst will be responsible for the identification and assessment of assets and threat abilities outside of the installation and integrate this information into a finished assessment product. Duties:Research the structure, ideology, intentions, tactics, and capabilities of adversarial organizations to develop threat characterization.Identify information requirements, develop assessment strategies and collection plans, identify information sources, and develop and conduct Open Source research, analysis, and fusion of relevant information to emulate adversarial planning capabilities.Characterize systems and conduct nodal analysis, identify essential functions/tasks and critical assets necessary to perform them as determined by the assessment program plan.Develop courses of action an adversary may employ against customer personnel, equipment, facilities, networks, information and information systems, infrastructure, and supply chains. Identify critical nodes/links or other targets and the effects of other environmental characteristics on course of action development.Support field assessments from an adversary perspective.Synthesize findings to support vulnerability identification, course of action development, protection studies, trend analyses, risk analysis, and mitigation strategies.Develop a comprehensive understanding of the implications of vulnerabilities discovered by the other specialists and fuse those findings with the systems analysis and determine impacts to the national and military missions they support.Prepare activity reports including out briefs, Senior Leader briefs, Interim progress reports and briefs, white papers, After Action Reviews, Final Reports, Risk Analysis reports, and other documents necessary to convey assessment findings to customers, partners, and other stakeholders.Required Experience:10 years demonstrated expertise performing information/data collection, analysis, and fusion.Excellent analytical, communications-both oral and written, and project management experience.Proficient in understanding, analyzing and summarizing comprehensive and complex technical, contractual, and research information/data.Desired Experience:Experience providing analytical support to one or more special operations forces (SOF) units or commandsTactical or operational level experience operating in a deployed environmentExperience working in a DoD environment, including with military departments, Joint Staff, Combatant Command, Service, or Agency IT organizations and environmentsSecurity Clearance:Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibilityAdditional Requirements:Accept worldwide deployments which include high threat permissive areas presenting some risks to personal safety.Submit to immunization for worldwide travel.Benefits: K2 Group's benefit offerings include: Medical/ Dental/ Vision Insurance; FSA Medical & FSA Dependent Care; Pre-tax 401(k) & ROTH 401(k) plans; Profit Sharing Plan; Life & Accidental Death Insurance; Short Term/ Long Term Disability; Voluntary Group Life Insurance option; Tuition Reimbursement; Job-related Course Reimbursement; Holiday Pay; and Paid Time-Off.
