Ready to lead a team that's changing lives? New Season Treatment Centers is hiring a Program Director to oversee the daily operations of our outpatient Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) clinic in Walls, MS.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily clinic operations and ensure outstanding patient care
- Supervise, coach, recruit, and develop clinical and administrative staff
- Partner with the Medical Director and Regional Director to achieve operational goals
- Ensure compliance with CARF, HIPAA, DEA, state, and federal regulations
- Manage budgets, quality assurance, staffing, and accreditation readiness
- Build strong community partnerships and promote a positive team culture
Qualifications
- Master's Degree required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, counseling, psychology, sociology, or a related field
- Leadership or management experience required
- Preferred: Mississippi LPC, CMHT, or PCAT
