Lead Sales & Membership Associate (Future Assistant Manager)

Be part of launching a brand-new KidsUnited location in Woodbury.
We’re hiring a high-energy sales associate to turn local interest into trial classes and memberships.

KidsUnited helps kids ages 2–9 build confidence, coordination, and life skills through soccer. This is a fast-paced, people-first role with a clear path to Assistant Manager within 6–12 months.

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to new leads and schedule free trial classes (goal: 350 sign-ups before opening) over the phone
• Follow up consistently with families via calls, texts, and email
• Build relationships with families and confidently guide them from trial class to membership
• Own the front-of-house experience: greet families, manage schedules and billing, and deliver outstanding customer service
• Support weekend events and community outreach

• Fast, consistent follow-up - no lead left behind
• Strong trial-to-membership conversions
• Positive, high-energy presence that families love
• Organized, reliable communication with the General Manager

Schedule & Pay

• 30–35 hours/week (evenings + one weekend day required)
• Up to 40 hours/week available during pre-opening phase and special events
• Pay: $18–20/hour
• Career path: Opportunity to advance to Assistant Manager with increased responsibility and pay within 6–12 months

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Dependable and accountable—you take ownership of your work
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with lots of activity
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Social Media Content Creation and Management Experience
