Pay & Benefits

• Earn up to $67,000–$72,000 which includes $21.16/hr, increasing to $22.87/hr after 90 days, production bonus, 354 hrs of annual overtime, and shift premiums

What You'll Do

• Operate forklifts, saws, cranes, and conveyors
• Cut and prepare steel to customer specifications
• Perform quality inspections and safety checks
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work as part of a safety-focused team

What You'll Need

• 1–3 years of manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience
• Forklift and/or crane experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Ability to pass entrance and fit-for-duty exams
• Ability to work a 12 hr rotating schedule - work 14 days out of 28! 7 days, 7 nights, and two weekends a month
