Work Environment\nThis role is completely remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients across Clinton, Maryland, and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide individual therapy tailored to each client's specific needs through comprehensive assessments and evaluations. \n
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele through telehealth platforms, focusing on high-quality behavioral healthcare. \n
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic care, contributing to treatment plans that incorporate physical and mental health considerations. \n
- Maintain accurate clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and data integrity. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of advancements in mental health care. \n
Our counselors work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. The diverse backgrounds and needs of our clientele require a strong understanding of cultural competence and the ability to tailor therapeutic approaches accordingly.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. \n
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland is mandatory. \n
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling setting, with a proven track record, is essential. \n
- Strong grasp of legal and ethical standards governing clinical practice. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. \n

- Specialization and experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment are highly preferred. \n
- Experience working within a telehealth framework or familiarity with digital health tools is advantageous. \n
This position offers a competitive salary ranging between $70,000 and $110,000 annually, depending on experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
