Ocean Prime Bartender Position

OCEAN PRIME is seeking a BARTENDER to join our team! We are Great People Delivering Genuine Hospitality. To make "Raving Fans" of our Associates, Guests, Purveyors, Partners, and the Communities in which we do business. We believe in putting our Associates first! Our Associates come to work with a positive attitude, creative mindset, and a team mentality. It is the responsibility of a bartender to prepare and serve consistent, high-quality cocktails and food in an expedient manner, while establishing positive guest relations and maintaining a clean, orderly bar. The bar chef contributes to the profitability of the restaurant by generating sales, adhering to all company recipes and ensuring correct payment for all beverages served.

Essential responsibilities include meeting company quality standards in preparation and presentation of cocktails, reporting to work on time, exemplifying hospitality standards, cooperating with management and co-workers, following all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines, knowing emergency procedures in the restaurant, and performing all duties and maintaining knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.

Qualifications

Preferred behaviors include being enthusiastic, a team player, detail-oriented, and dedicated. Preferred motivations include the ability to make an impact, being a self-starter, and flexibility. Preferred experience includes 1-2 years of restaurant experience. Preferred licenses and certifications include BARSAFE.
