We’re looking for a warm, organized, and patient-focused individual to be the heartbeat of our front desk. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first smile patients see and the friendly voice they hear. You’ll help create a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, making every visit feel personal and stress-free. Competitive & guaranteed hourly rate + benefits + being a part of an amazing environment! Pay & Schedule: $16-18/hour Monday - Friday schedule, NO WEEKENDS!! What You’ll Be Doing: Be the welcoming voice on the phone, helping patients with scheduling and questions Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Keep things running smoothly with efficient front desk operations Support patient flow with strong multitasking and time management skills What We’re Looking For: 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus!)
