Responsibilities Primary duties for the Sales Manager include: Open and close the store ensuring every detail has been accomplished Demonstrate best-in-class selling behaviors, including solution-based selling, product knowledge expertise, effective closing techniques, and strong follow-up. Model high performance in all sales categories to set the standard for the team. Use personal sales results as a coaching tool to train associates on increasing average ticket, attachment rates, and overall sales productivity. Maintain accountability for both individual performance and overall team results, reinforcing a culture of ownership and achievement. Keep the sales floor maintained with well trained Sales Associates who uphold our standards Handles sales conflicts in a timely manner with the goal to resolve Observes sales staff to better coach a successful staff Direct the staff in setup of new sales events Take part in the training of new sales associates Participates in management meetings Requires punctuality and regular attendance All other duties as assigned Qualifications Position Requirements for the Sales Manager: Requires the ability to motivate, communicate and train employees Must be able to complete required reports on time as assigned Requires good organizational skills Position requires regular weekend availability #J-18808-Ljbffr
