EVS Housekeeper - Full-Time | Part-Time

Job Description
The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed healthcare organization in Hamilton Texas to hire dependable EVS workers.

In this role you will be required to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing assigned areas, safely handling biohazardous materials, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, infection control, and hospital standards.

This role also includes participation in cross-training and providing Environmental Services support across various departments and facility locations.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Cleanand sanitize patient rooms, bathrooms, nursing stations, utility rooms,exam rooms, and common areas
• Maintainfloors, carpets, furniture, fixtures, and surfaces through sweeping,mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting
• Restocksupplies and ensure patient rooms ready for new admissions
• Removewaste and trash to designated collection areas
• Followcleaning schedules and infection control standards
• Completerequired documentation and provide excellent customer service and patientsupport
• Performother duties as assigned as needed to support operations and patient care
• Adhereto all organizational policies, behavioral standards and employeeguidelines

What You Are Looking For

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred
• Abilityto read, write, and follow instructions
• Entry-levelposition; no prior experience required
• Strongattention to detail with the ability to complete required documentation
• Commitmentto excellent customer service and patient care standards

Physical Requirements

• Abilityto stand and walk for extended periods
• Liftup to 50 lbs. and transport up to 300 lbs. on carts
• Push,pull, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, reach, and climb ladders as needed
• Safelyoperate heavy floor care and cleaning equipment and machinery
